About this Degree
Students pursuing this degree will obtain a core understanding of physical and historical geology, earth materials, and geomorphology. In addition, there are multiple added skills and knowledge sets that build usefully upon this core in Geology, as well as in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics and/or Statistics. The degree also allows flexibility for students to tailor their course work plan and specializations toward their interests, as the series of elective and required elective courses is intentionally broad and includes courses offered by the Plants, Soils and Climate, Watershed Sciences, and Environment and Society Departments.
