About this Degree

The Computer Technology emphasis prepares students for careers in cybersecurity, IT support, systems administration, and network management. Students build skills in ethical hacking, digital forensics, cloud computing, and hardware/software integration. This emphasis is ideal for those who want to protect digital infrastructure and support secure, efficient technology systems across industries.

Students choose one certificate—such as Cybersecurity or Information & Computer Technology—to build specialized skills and earn credentials along the way to a bachelor’s degree. Those who prefer a customized path can work with their advisor to select relevant coursework. The program also includes experiential learning through internships or senior projects, helping students apply their skills in real-world settings.
