World Languages and Cultures: Spanish Emphasis - BA

The following is a sample, generic 4-year plan for a student with no prior Spanish language experience. Student specific plans vary.

Students with prior Spanish language experience and/or coursework should take the Language Proficiency Placement Test in the Department of World Languages & Cultures and may complete degree requirements quicker or "test out of" some courses.

Bridge program students should meet with a Dept. of World Languages & Cultures advisor because Bridge courses count for the Spanish Major emphasis and Spanish Minor.
